Silver Tower is a 31-storey commercial building located in Business Bay on the banks of Dubai Creek. The tower has a height of 148 metres and was developed by Tameer Holdings. The project was commissioned in 2011 and features 260 offices that are spread out over 27 floors.

Office space is divided into two types: equipped offices (with or without furniture) and office space without finishings. Units have a minimum size of 961 sq. ft. and a starting cost of AED 672,000 (USD 183,000). Full floors, partial floors, and office-studios are available in the building. There are also furnished retail spaces that range in size from 903 sq. ft.
